The Opsgenie alternative for Observium

Observium watches your network and infrastructure; NOCgenie makes sure a human responds. We run Observium ourselves, so it's first-class: its alert checker transports map cleanly onto NOCgenie alerts, with recoveries auto-closing. A drop-in Opsgenie replacement built for NOC teams.

FAQ

Is Observium really first-class in NOCgenie?

Yes — we operate Observium in our own NOC, so the parser handles its field names defensively (device_hostname, entity_description, alert_status, severity) across versions.

How are Observium recoveries handled?

A RECOVER/OK/UP status auto-closes the corresponding open alert, so on-call isn't paged for a cleared condition.
